NO Christmas Pre-Order items will be available before the week of December 18th so please select your order dates accordingly. If you require items earlier, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist you.
Pre-Orders close December 18th at 9:00am.
Your orders will be shipped the following days:
Airdrie - Wednesday, December 20th
Calgary - Wednesday, December 20th, & Thursday, December 21st*
Cochrane - Wednesday, December 20th
Bow Valley - Friday, December 22nd
If you have selected in-store pick up, your order will be ready in the warehouse from 10am until 5pm on Thursday December 21st & Friday December 22nd. We will be closed Monday, December 25th and Tuesday, December 26th.
*Please be aware that a day may be assigned to you should deliveries become too full for a selected day. Priority will be given to orders placed earliest, and we will inform you should your delivery date need to be changed.
WINTER'S FREE RANGE TURKEY WEIGHT:
Small: ~6.3kg - 8-10 people
Medium: ~7.3kg - 10-12 people
Large: ~ 8.3kg - 12-14 people
Extra Large: ~ 9.3kg - 14-18 people
The weight will be as close to advertised but the birds do fluctuate in size so may not be exact. All weights are approximate.
Winter's free-range turkey protocol ensures no antibiotics, hormones, or animal by-products are used. All of our free-range turkeys have unlimited access to the outdoors and are provided a whole grain diet supplemented with green feed. Our turkeys are raised with an excellent finish that produces a naturally self-basting turkey with delicious flavor.
Excellent roasted, cooked on the BBQ or deep-fried. Season with your favorite herbs and spices. Cook to 165°F or 74°C when the thermometer is inserted in the thickest part of the breast. Perfect choice for feasts or special occasions or as an affordable choice for family meals. The breast meat freezes well to use in sandwiches, salads, or casseroles. The carcass makes flavourful, nutritious, rich stock for outstanding soup.
