Bison Saskatoon Sausage

Our Bison Saskatoon sausages are a savoury and slightly sweet blend of lean bison meat and juicy Saskatoon berries.  This sausage offers a unique blend of flavours that were created as an ode to the Alberta plains where bison roam and Saskatoon berries grow. Delicious, healthy and affordable!

Cooking Tips: Cook on the BBQ, in a frying pan or the oven until golden brown outside and cooked through. Make sure the sausages reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before serving.

Ingredients: Bison, beef, pork, saskatoon berries, salt, herbs, spices, onions, maple flavour, sodium erythorbate, ascorbic acid.
