After working with our amazing Filipino staff to produce a true and
traditional recipe, we’re beyond excited to announce a new line of sausages
inspired by the tastes of the Philippines.

A unique twist on a traditional hot dog with cheddar cheese blended throughout and a distinct red casing. Absolutely perfect for those wanting something familiar,
presented in an entirely new way from the Philippines.

Cooking tips: These sausages are raw and must be fully cooked, cook in a pan for best results. Cook for about 15 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 160-170°F.

Ingredients: Pork, chicken, cheese (milk), water, salt, spices, onion, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium nitrite, dextrose, sodium erythorbate ascorbic acid, brown sugar, pork stock, allura red
