Return Policy
At Valbella Gourmet Foods, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. We understand that there may be circumstances where a return or cancellation is necessary, and our policy is designed to address such situations on a case-by-case basis.
Return Eligibility
All return requests are evaluated individually, taking into account the specific circumstances of each case.
Please note that, due to the perishable nature of many of our products, return eligibility may vary. It can be difficult to determine whether items have been stored or handled properly once they have left our premises. For this reason, perishable items may be subject to additional consideration and may not always be eligible for return or refund.
Online Orders
Customers wishing to initiate a return for an online order are encouraged to contact our customer service team at shop@valbella.ca. Please include your order number and as much detail as possible. We will review the request and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Deli Purchases
For in-store purchases, customers are asked to return the item to the Deli along with a copy of the purchase receipt. Each request will be reviewed, and we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Holiday Periods & Pre-Orders
During peak periods (such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter), changes or modifications to pre-orders can be made up until the stated order cut-off date.
As products during these periods are made to order, no changes or cancellations can be accommodated after the cut-off date. We appreciate your understanding.
Return requests during these periods will still follow the standard process outlined above.
