Return Policy
At Valbella Gourmet Foods we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. We understand that there may be circumstances where a return or cancellation is necessary and our policy is designed to address such situations on a case-by-case basis.
Return Eligibility
Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the unique circumstances surrounding each request.
Online Orders
Customers seeking to initiate a return of an item in an online order are encouraged to reach out to our customer service team at shop@valbella.ca with your order number and as much detail as possible. We will carefully evaluate the circumstances and work with the customer to determine the appropriate course of action.
Deli Purchases
Customers seeking a return of an in-store purchase should return the item to the Deli with a copy of the purchase receipt. We will carefully evaluate the circumstances and work with the customer to determine the appropriate course of action.
Holiday Periods & Pre-Orders
During peak order periods (IE Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter), we can make changes or modifications to pre-orders until the order cut off date. As we custom-make the products for these periods, no changes to orders nor order cancellations can be accommodated after this time. Thank you for your understanding.
