For our all locations, orders will be shipped on:

Thursday, April 2nd.

If you have selected in-store pick up, your order will be ready in our warehouse on Thursday April 2nd between 10am and 5pm or April 3rd between 10am and 2pm.  Your order must be collected on this day. Our Deli will not be handling online orders made during Easter season.

NOTE: We will be closed on April 6th, 2026.

We offer weekly Home Delivery right to your front door on all our products! Fully available in Calgary, Cochrane, The Bow Valley and Airdrie.

Please ensure you select your delivery date at check out and note that all order will be dropped off between 9am and 6pm. Our driver will contact you via text to inform you of delivery if nobody is home. Therefore, please provide a cell phone number with your order. If you need to use a landline, please inform us about it, so we can let the driver know to call you instead of sending a text.

Delivery FAQs

What if I am not home at the time of delivery?

The order will be left at your door, and you will receive a text message notifying you of the delivery. All orders will be delivered in a refrigerated vehicle and packed with an ice pack so they will be safe to remain outside should you not be able to collect it immediately.

How can I add something to my order?
Forgot something? Don't worry, you don't have to place a second order. Just contact shop@valbella.ca with you request to add an item(s) to your existing order. We will gladly assist you with that.

What if my order is not correct at Delivery?

We strive to make sure every order is correct; however, mistakes can occur. Should something be incorrect on your order, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue!
