We offer weekly Home Delivery right to your front door on most of our products! Home Delivery is available in Calgary, Cochrane, Airdrie, and the Bow Valley.
Please ensure you select your delivery date at checkout. All orders will be delivered between 9AM and 6PM.
Calgary, Cochrane & Airdrie: Once your order is ready to go, you will receive an email notification with a link that allows you to follow our delivery van live and view an estimated delivery time. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, as our driver may need to make adjustments to the route throughout the day.
Bow Valley: If nobody is home when our driver arrives, they may contact you by phone. Therefore, it is essential that you provide a phone number with your order.

Delivery FAQs
What if I am not home at the time of delivery?
The order will be left at your door, and you will receive a text message notifying you of the delivery. All orders will be delivered in a refrigerated vehicle and packed with an ice pack so they will be safe to remain outside should you not be able to collect it immediately.
How can I add something to my order?
Forgot something? Don't worry, you don't have to place a second order. Just contact shop@valbella.ca with you request to add an item(s) to your existing order. We will gladly assist you with that.
What if my order is not correct at Delivery?
We strive to make sure every order is correct; however, mistakes can occur. Should something be incorrect on your order, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue!
Do you have a sample box that I can purchase to try your products?
Our Gourmet and BBQ boxes offer a wide and varied selection of our products to suit each unique taste. There is also the Sausage Sampler Box should you be entirely new to our products!
