Ready to bake Veal Loaf, or Fleischkäse, is the Swiss version of meatloaf. Baked for an hour it is light and delicious.

Ingredients: Pork, veal, water, salt, spices, onion, sodium nitrite, sodium tripolyphosphate, dextrose, sodium erythorbate, ascorbic acid, brown sugar.
