Cooking Tips for Spiral Hams

  • Pre heat oven to 325º F.
  • Cover ham in foil and place in oven and roast for 14 minutes per pound or until internal temperature is 140º F.
  • Brush with glaze (optional) for the last 10 minutes of roasting.

Our Valbella hams are made with Alberta Grain Fed Pork from Sunterra Farms and are smoked with Birchwood at our production facility in Canmore, Alberta.
