Black pudding  (also known as blood pudding) is a traditional dish across the world made from fat, oatmeal, and blood. Lots of different nationalities have their own specific blend; others are more regional. It is a superfood that is high in protein and iron and low in carbohydrates and is a quintessential part of a full Scottish, English and Irish Breakfast.

Ingredients: Blood, Oats, Beef Fat, Spices (Salt, Black Pepper, All Spice, Clove, Nutmeg, White Pepper)
