A small way to celebrate a big legacy. To honour Walter, we are renaming the very first sausage he ever made: Walter’s Farmer’s Bratwurst.
Walter’s Farmer’s Bratwurst is a lightly seasoned bratwurst that can be served with bread, sliced onions, and mustard. A fresh European-style sausage made in Alberta, perfect for fans of German sausages.
Cooking Tips: This is a raw product and must be fully cooked. Cook on the BBQ, in a frying pan, or in the oven until golden brown and cooked through. Make sure the sausages reach an internal temperature of 160°F (72°C) before serving.
Ingredients: Pork, beef, water, salt, onion, wine (sulphites), spices, sodium erythorbate, ascorbic acid. Gluten, dairy & soy friendly.
