Walter's Farmer's Bratwurst - Raw

A small way to celebrate a big legacy. To honour Walter, we’re are renaming the very first sausage he ever made: Walter’s Farmer’s Bratwurst. 

Walter’s Farmer's Bratwurst is a lightly seasoned bratwurst, that can be served with bread, sliced onions, and mustard. A fresh European style sausage made in Alberta. product for fans of German sausages.

Ingredients: Pork, beef, water, salt, onion, wine (sulphites), spices, sodium erythorbate, ascorbic acid. Gluten, Dairy & Soy friendly.

Cooking Tips: Raw product, must be fully cooked. Cook on the BBQ, in a frying pan or the oven until golden brown outside and cooked through. Make sure the sausages reach an internal temperature of 160°F (72°C) before serving.
