Moroccan Lamb Tagine ~950g

This tender Valbella Moroccan Lamb Tagine is aromatic, amazingly flavourful, and easy to serve. Excellent when served on rice or couscous.

Serves: 2–3 people

Cooking Instructions:

• Microwave: Loosen lid and place container in microwave. Heat until it reaches the desired temperature (approx. 5 minutes).
• Pan: Let thaw, remove from packaging, and place in a pan. Heat for 5 minutes or until it reaches the desired temperature.

Product is fully cooked.

Ingredients: Lamb, beef broth, onions, celery, tomato, chickpeas, eggplant, flour (wheat), dried apricots (sulphites), honey, vinegar, canola and olive oil, butter (milk), lemon juice, spices, salt.
