This delicious Sour Cherry Pie, made with sweet and tart sour cherries. Pie Junkies all–butter pastry is rich and flaky, creating the perfect vessel for the cherries. Enjoy the tart sweetness of the cherries that is complemented by the buttery pastry for a delectable dessert.

Feeds 6-8 people.

Ingredients: Pastry Dough: Flour, butter, salt, water; all pastry is brushed with whole egg prior to baking; Filling:  Cherries (sour, red, frozen, unsweetened), Sugar, Cornstarch, Lemon Juice, Salt

Serving/Cooking suggestion: Take your pie from the freezer, directly to your pre-heated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes at 350°F, until golden brown. 

This pie comes frozen and unbaked.
