*PRE-ORDER* Winter's Free Range Turkey - FRESH

Winters free range turkeys have unlimited access to the outdoors and are provided a whole grain diet supplemented with green feed. Their turkeys are raised with an excellent finish that produces a naturally self basting turkey with delicious flavor.

Approximate weight:

• Small: ~7-7.9kg – 10-12 people
• Medium: ~8-8.9kg – 12-14 people
• Large: ~9-9.9kg – 14-16 people

The weight will be as close to advertised but the birds do fluctuate in size so may not be exact. All weights are approximate.

Serving/Cooking suggestion: Excellent roasted, cooked on the BBQ or deep fried. Season with your favorite herbs and spices. Cook to 170 degrees Fahrenheit or 77 degrees Celsius when the thermometer is inserted in the thickest part of the breast. Perfect choice for feasts or special occasions or as an affordable choice for family meals. The breast meat freezes well to use in sandwiches, salads or casseroles. The carcass makes flavorful, nutritious, rich stock for outstanding soup.

*NOTE: Edmonton & Area orders close Monday, Sep 28^th at 10am. Cut-off date for all other locations (Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane and the Bow Valley) will be Monday, October 5^th.

Orders will be shipped on the following days:

• Edmonton & Area: Wednesday, September 30^th
• Airdrie, Cochrane & Calgary: Thursday, October 8^th
• Bow Valley: Friday, October 9^th

If you selected in-store pickup, your order will be ready for collection at our warehouse on either Thursday, October 8^th, or Friday, October 9^th, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM—depending on the date you selected at checkout. Your order must be collected by 5pm Friday, October 9^th. Our Deli Store will not be handling online orders during the Thanksgiving season.

NOTE: We will be closed on October 12^th.
