What is Rohess Speck?
Rohess Speck is dry-brined and cured for two weeks, then hung, smoked for a week, and dried for another week. It’s prepared in our traditional smokehouse, used only for our double-smoked bacon, giving it its rich, smoky flavour. This careful, month-long process creates a deeply flavourful, traditional bacon you’ll love!
Ingredients: Pork, salt, spices, garlic, herbs, sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate, sodium bicarbonate, dextrose, sodium erythorbate, ascorbic acid, brown sugar
