Crafted the traditional way, our Salametti Sticks are all about quality, texture, and flavour.
Made without GDL, these sticks are naturally ripened, allowing flavour to develop slowly over time. The result is a smooth, well-balanced taste without the sharp or sour notes often found in other salamis.
We use natural, locally sourced ingredients and prepare the meat using European sausage-making equipment rather than conventional grinding. This creates a finer, more refined grain and a clean, consistent texture that’s never mushy... just perfectly firm and satisfying.
The result is a premium Salametti stick, made with care and true craftsmanship in every bite.
Ingredients: Pork, beef, salt, dextrose, garlic, sodium nitrite, sodium ascorbate, ascorbic acid, bacterial and yeast culture
