Spanish Chorizo Sausage - Raw

Our delicious Valbella Spanish Chorizos are perfectly seasoned ground pork sausages. Chorizos are used in Spanish and Mexican cuisine. Mexican chorizo is made with fresh pork, while the Spanish version is usually smoked.

Cooking Tips:

• These sausages are raw and must be fully cooked.
• Cook in a pan for best results. Cook for approximately 15 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
