*PRE-ORDER* Turducken Roll

Turducken Roll is a dish consisting of a deboned chicken stuffed into a deboned duck, further stuffed into a deboned turkey with our gluten-free European Poultry Stuffing between each layer. This is a great option for friends & family parties!

Approximate weight: 2.0kg - Serves 4-6 people.

Ingredients: Turkey, European Poultry Stuffing (chicken, potato, butter, cream (milk), water, White wine (sulphite), onions, eggs, cranberries, herbs sage spices, mustard), duck, chicken, salt, spices (gluten-free)

Serving/Cooking instructions: RAW PRODUCT, must be fully cooked. Let product defrost and roast in pre-heated oven at 350 F for 1,5-2h until internal temperature shows 170 F. Let sit for 10min before carving.

*NOTE: Edmonton & Area orders close Monday, Sep 28^th at 10am. Cut-off date for all other locations (Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane and the Bow Valley) will be Monday, October 5^th.

Orders will be shipped on the following days:

• Edmonton & Area: Wednesday, September 30^th
• Airdrie, Cochrane & Calgary: Thursday, October 8^th
• Bow Valley: Friday, October 9^th

If you selected in-store pickup, your order will be ready for collection at our warehouse on either Thursday, October 8^th, or Friday, October 9^th, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM—depending on the date you selected at checkout. Your order must be collected by 5pm Friday, October 9^th. Our Deli Store will not be handling online orders during the Thanksgiving season.

NOTE: We will be closed on October 12^th.
