Cooking Instructions 

For a traditional Bavarian experience, gently heat the Weisswurst in hot (not boiling) water for about 10 minutes. Take care not to let the water boil, as this can cause the sausages to split. While the casing is technically edible, it is customarily removed before eating.

To prepare the Rösti, heat a small amount of oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the shredded potatoes and spread them evenly across the pan. Fry for 3–5 minutes, then press the mixture down firmly to form a compact cake with a golden crust. Carefully flip the Rösti using a lid or plate, and continue frying for another 5 minutes, or until both sides are crispy and golden brown.

Serve the Weisswurst and Rösti with traditional Bavarian sweet mustard and a cold glass of Hefeweizen for an authentic and satisfying meal.
