*PRE-ORDER* Valbella Spiral Ham

Spiral hams are made by slicing a ham in a spiral shape, leaving the meat in its original shape, and easy to cut. Rather than carving the ham by hand, you only need to cut the meat already pre-sliced, making it the perfect meal to share during the holidays.

Approximate weight: 1.3kg - Serves 3-5 people

Ingredients: Pork, water, salt, soy protein, potato starch, dextrose, pork stock, sodium tripolyphosphate, brown sugar, spices, smoke flavor, sodium erythorbate, ascorbic acid

Serving/Cooking suggestion: Do not remove the vacuum bag, place ham in a pot and cover with hot water, heat up, do not boil. Let simmer for 45 minutes, remove bag, serve now or add favorite glaze.

If you have selected in-store pick up, your order will be ready in our warehouse on Thursday April 2^nd between 10am and 5pm or April 3^rd between 10am and 2pm. Your order must be collected on this day. Our Deli will not be handling online orders made during Easter season.
