Our Valbella Steak Sandwich Night brings juicy steak layered in warm mini baguettes brushed with flavorful garlic butter. Served with a side of crisp coleslaw, it’s a perfect mix of bold, buttery richness and refreshing crunch.

• 2 x Beef Striploins
• 2 x Mini Baguettes
• Medium Container of Coleslaw
• Garlic Butter

Cooking Instructions 

For the perfect Steak Night, begin by removing the beef striploins from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking to bring them to room temperature. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper. Heat a pan or grill over high heat until hot, then sear the steaks for 2–3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time to your preferred doneness. Once cooked, let the steaks rest for 5 minutes to retain their juices. While the steaks are resting, slice the mini baguettes and spread each half with garlic butter. Warm them in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 5–7 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the butter has melted. Serve the juicy striploin steaks with the warm garlic baguettes and a generous helping of coleslaw for a delicious, no-fuss steakhouse meal at home.
