Walter's Farmer's Bratwurst 1978 - Raw

A small way to celebrate a big legacy. To honour Walter, we’re rolling back the price of the very first sausage he ever made: now named Walter’s Farmer’s Bratwurst. For a limited time, enjoy it at the original 1978 price — just like when Valbella first began. 

Walter’s Farmer's Bratwurst is a lightly seasoned bratwurst, that can be served with bread, sliced onions, and mustard. A fresh European style sausage made in Alberta. product for fans of German sausages.

Ingredients: Pork, beef, water, salt, onion, wine (sulphites), spices, sodium erythorbate, ascorbic acid. Gluten, Dairy & Soy friendly.

Cooking Tips: Raw product, must be fully cooked. Cook on the BBQ, in a frying pan or the oven until golden brown outside and cooked through. Make sure the sausages reach an internal temperature of 160°F (72°C) before serving.
