Weisswurst

Our Weisswurst is a seasonal fall favorite, crafted in the Bavarian tradition with delicately seasoned veal and pork. Available for a limited time during Oktoberfest, it’s best enjoyed with sweet mustard and a cold Hefeweizen for an authentic taste of Germany.

Cooking Tips: The product is fully cooked. For a traditional German touch, warm it in hot (not boiling) water. The casing is edible but can be peeled after heating. Alternatively, cook it like a hot dog.
