*PRE-ORDER* Valbella Bone-in Ham

Bone-in ham can be a shank portion, or it could be a whole, or half leg that has the hip, thigh and/or shank bone remaining as part of the ham. Bone-in hams are more attractive and flavourful and are a great choice for friends & family dinners!

Approximate weight:

⅓ Ham: ~2.5-2.8kg - 6-9 people
½ Ham: ~4.0-4.5kg - 12-14 people
Whole Ham: ~8-9kg - 25-30 people

Ingredients: Pork, water, salt, potato starch, dextrose, pork stock, sodium nitrite, sodium tripolyphosphate, brown sugar, spices, natural smoke, sodium erythorbate, ascorbic acid

Serving/Cooking suggestion: Do not remove from bag, place ham in a pot and cover with hot water, heat up, do not boil. Let simmer for 1,5h, remove bag, serve now or add your favorite glaze.

For our all locations, orders will be shipped on:

• Thursday, April 2^nd.

If you have selected in-store pick up, your order will be ready in our warehouse on Thursday April 2^nd between 10am and 5pm or April 3^rd between 10am and 2pm. Your order must be collected on this day. Our Deli will not be handling online orders made during Easter season.

NOTE: We will be closed on April 6^th, 2026.
